Test 2 will produce a website when typing a url or searching Google. You will see a search result page with links to many sites. On the other hand, Test 1 will produce a search result page with only a website’s URL.
Test 3 produces a search results page
The search results on Google’s search engine vary depending on the type of search terms used and the device being used. The order and appearance of search results may also change. An added element is the presence of related questions, which Google uses to help you explore a particular topic further. These questions are usually follow-up questions to the initial search query.
